Meet Dr. Harper

Dr. Harper was born in Little Rock, Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.  During college he played football for the Razorbacks, met his wife Carol, a Razorback cheerleader, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1977.  After graduating from college, Dr. Harper attended and graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry.  He was then accepted into the University of Tennessee Orthodontic Residency Program and completed his Post-Doctoral Masters Degree in Orthodontics in May of 1984.  He established his practice in Fort Smith, Arkansas where he and his wife, Carol, are the parents of six beautiful children.

He prides himself in providing quality orthodontic care, specializing in orthodontic treament for children and adults.  Dr. Harper is one of the few orthdontists in the state to have earned the distinction of board certification, and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Arkansas Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, the Western Arkansas Craniofacial and Cleft Palate Diagnostic and Treatment Team and Arkansas State Dental Association.
